Canvas Auctions
Timed and live auctions for WooCommerce.

Let store owners and approved holders run timed or live auctions. Registered bidders compete with server-side bidding. Winners pay through WooCommerce — tax, shipping, and your existing payment gateways included.

Capabilities

Everything an auction store needs

Timed auctions

Schedule start and end times. Optional anti-snipe soft close extends the clock when late bids land.

Live auction rooms

Lobby, start, pause, going once / twice, sell, unsold, or cancel — controlled from the Live Host Console.

Server-side bidding

Atomic bids with row locks, increment rules, and idempotency keys. No comment-based races. No self-bidding.

Proxy / max bidding

Optional maximum bids on timed lots so the system raises automatically up to the bidder’s ceiling.

Winner checkout

Awards lock the winning price into WooCommerce checkout — HPOS and block checkout compatible.

Holder marketplace

Approve third-party auction holders, track commission in a settlement ledger, and record manual payouts.

Visibility controls

Public, unlisted, invite-only, or role-restricted lots when you need privacy.

Shortcodes & Elementor

Ship with shortcodes and optional Elementor widgets for grids, bid panels, live rooms, and dashboards.

How it works

From lot to paid award

01

Create a lot

Admin or approved holder submits an auction — pending review, then scheduled.

02

Bid on the server

Timed or live: every bid is validated and stored authoritatively — not in comments.

03

Award the winner

When the lot ends or sells live, an award is created with amount and payment deadline.

04

Checkout in WooCommerce

The winner pays through your store gateways. Settlements and commission follow.
